Vinyl is a very versatile material for embellishments.  To create a design in vinyl, first you must have good sharp vector art.  Then the images are sent to a cutter, that cuts out the design.  Once the design is completed, the areas that are not part of the design must be pulled away.  This is called weeding. The vinyl design is applied to fabric or a sign.  In the case of sign vinyl, a  transfer tape must be used to apply the vinyl to a sign or hard surface.  Heat applied vinyl are usually applied with a heat press.

Heat applied vinyl comes in a variety of finishes, such as metallic, glitter and  even flocked.

Bling (Rhinestones)

Rhinestones and studs are also hat applied.  Designs are created in graphic software and then either placed using a template or a rhinestone machine.  A heat press is the best  way to apply Rhinestone and stud decals.  Embroider Me  can help to create the rhinestone decoration that you  need.

Patches are a great alternative to direct embroidery.  Almost any design can be created in patch form and then either sewn, or heat applied to your garment.  Patches are often very economical, but there is a 50 piece minimum.  Custom individual patches can be created as well.   Embroider Me can help you will all your patch needs.  We can also supply you with stock patches, such as American flags.
